We offer a workshop-based training course on Gender and Inclusive Engineering for Sustainable Development. This course aims to develop the capacity among Engineers to understand social diversity and fulfilling the equal and equitable needs of diverse social groups in Engineering projects. Perhaps, for the first time, Sri Lankan Engineers learning social sensitivity and inclusion in engineering.
